People may hate or disagree but if you base it longevity and consistency then you might have to call Gillie Da Kid the King Of Philly. Ten years ago Meek Mill or Kevin Hart wasn't on the main scene Gillie was and still is. I would say Will Smith but he not Philly he Hollywood now.
