    Not the best of work by Quilly but even not his best of work is still puts him among the best rappers in Philly. Philly to me is by far the most lyrical well known rapper in Philly.    Recently Shy Glizzy was the latest rapper to be found fake! Not for getting his chain snatched but for clearly lying about how he got his chain back. On a new freestyle called "Cut It" he raps about how he was in Memphis looking for the goons that took his chain. But what REALLY happened was Memphis's own Yo Gotti's artist Blac Youngsta paid $10,000 to get his chain and it is proof.

Troy Ave (@TroyAve) - "White Christmas 3" (@taxstone) #Nutsax

      This new mixtape by Troy Ave entitled "White Christmas 3" was a pretty alright listen. I didn't really like it much as I liked his pass work but it was a good work by him. He had only one major feature, which included Memphis's own Yo Gotti.

   Just when you thought someone couldn't be more humiliated in 2015 than Meek Mill, that's when this issue with Memphis Goons (Concrete Cartel) and popular DMV rapper Shy Glizzy surfaces.       
    From numerous reports, "what had happened was(my southern voice)": members of the Concrete Cartel group asked Shy Glizzy for a feature, he may have came off disrespectful and the rest is history. Chris Brown (@chrisbrown) - "Royalty" (Album Review)

   I relate to this dude Chris Brown in so many ways. Fucked up dude with good intentions but bad behavior, mixed with bipolar emotions. This is exactly how Chris's incredible new album "Royalty" sounds. For instance, their is songs like "Kae" saying "you're a stranger in my eyes" and songs such as "Discover" saying "I want the girl back." The album is a great listen, been listening to it all week.
   What people tend to do is claim people as legendary after they are deceased; well Chris is a legend already, whether you like it or not.

       August Alsina has dropped his second album "This Thing Called Life." August didn't hit the sophomore slump, this album is a hit. I enjoyed listening to every single track. I don't know how it measured up to his first album because his first album "Testify" is one of my favorites.     This video ("Young Bull") been out for a week already but I had to post it. Liked this video since I first heard it and Gillie Da Kid is remaking himself. He not getting the respect he deserve from all forms (not just music) especially the radio; especially in Philadelphia (Power 99!)! The song is hot and gets you amped and the video equals it out. Type of music you listen to before you about to play, fight or entertain.

Lamar Odom News!

    As you may or not know; besides the political news and daily local violence being reported; new in the news of been reports of former basketball player Lamar Odom was found unconscious in his hotel room in Nevada under suspicious of drug related events. I would give my point of view and what I think but I probably would angry many people so I'm going to keep my opinion to myself on this topic. But, Lamar Odom has not been doing good since he left the Lakers and ended up with the Dallas Mavericks. He didn't want to be with the Mavs and he didn't hide it. He eventually didn't finish the season with them and that pretty much was the last we seen of Odom in the league. One of the reasons Odom didn't want to leave the Lakers, not only wasn't because he was a long tenured player with them, a close friend of one of the biggest players in the world (Kobe Bryant); but the main reason is, to me, is that he didn't want to leave his girl, famous reality star Khloe Kardashian.
   Since being out of the league him and Khloe relationship went downhill and they eventually break up but not legally divorced each other. Khloe has since been dating numerous celebrities from "The Game," French Montana and newly James Harden, a superstar player for the Houston Rockets. I can see where Lamar is coming from, a player on the downhill losing his wife, the woman he loves to men that are now a bigger celebrity and probably making more money than him. It can eat at his pride and I believe that played a major part in what has been going on.
    Since Lamar has been hospitalized everyone has been showing him love from members of the NBA and other entertainment stars. Mainly Kobe Bryant and Khloe have been by his side since he been in the hospital. We have been hearing news from all over, saying he's getting better, some saying that he is not. All we can do that is pray because we don't really know especially in this world, where negative news is the better news.
      Master P, who he described himself as Lamar's mentor is saying that this is a publicity stunt and that Khloe and Kobe is doing this for rating?! Well I know Kobe is not. Why would the biggest player in the NBA most recognizable player in the NBA, need to use Odom for ratings! Get real Master P!
   Also in the news is ESPN anchor Scott Van Pelt going at media journalist for describing Lamar incorrectly as a reality star and not as what we really know him as, a former NBA star!
    Get well Lamar, good dude.
