Quilly, the hottest underground rapper in Philadelphia and besides Meek Mill, the second hottest rapper in Philly period. He (Quilly) had a little event yesterday at the hood famous "Black And Noble" Book store. At the event Quilly gave out his Mix tape "HSH Six" and had a little open mic for his fans, where he let them rap and he also connected with a talented singer while their. Quilly had also gave away free merchandise and took flicks with his fans, which I also had time to get a chance to have a little small talk with him. If everything follows through the way it was said, hopefully I got good news on the way. Good dude through, really down to earth to be a rapper.
